- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?It varies depending upon the service. Just like every human is different, every pet is different. So pets have different needs. My basic pricing is on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My typical process is I figure out the basics. (How many pets? What kind of pets? Are they allergic to anything? Are they on any medication? Etc.) I then figure out what services they are looking for or sometimes I start with this. Then I figure out depending upon services, what the feeding habits are. I break it down bit by bit until I feel comfortable that I can care for someone's pet, there family, when needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have certifications in pet sitting, pet training, animal psychology, and veterinary support assistant.
