- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive, and we provide services that would fit almost everyone's needs: if budget is tight and your dog needs a potty break and some exercise, I highly recommend our Group Neighborhood Walks. If your pup is shy, we also offer Private Services. Does your dog have high energy and need to run? Hikes are for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have all new customers fill out a "Request for Services" where they let us know which services they are interested in, as well as give us more information about their pup. I then give them a call as soon as possible so I can answer any further questions they have, and get them set up with their account with us. After that, we set up a Complimentary Meet & Greet, and once complete, they're free to book whenever they need us!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started the business when I was at a waitressing job. I realized there is a huge need for dog care services, so I made the leap to do my business full time and quit my waitressing job. Two and a half years later, we have about 50 clients, 2 employees, and lots of happy dogs!
