- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our services are part of all-inclusive packages based on breed and time required to complete grooming service. Please visit our website to verify standard rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The only requirement all new WashPaw members must provide is proof of vaccination against rabies for their furry friend as required by Tennessee law. All other documentation is provided at check-in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our grooming staff is fully trained in breed-standard cuts and styles, with approved certifications and award-winning qualifications. Every staff member is also required to signup for continual education to enhance their scissoring and styling techniques.
