I began with Randy in the early 1990s. I was starting a heritage tourism business, and he was working for a design studio. He worked with me to create my brochures and to create and set up my web site. I stayed with Randy when he went independent, and over the years, he responded to my needs for modifications to the brochures and web site as I expanded my offerings. He also began creating unique maps and other special exhibits to accompany the talks I began giving after I retired from touring. Everything he has done is of excellent quality. It draws favorable comment, and I am pleased to exhibit it. You learn a lot about a person's professionalism when things aren't going perfectly. Randy and I communicated mainly by e-,ail, and on those rare occasions when we couldn't seem to understand each other, he was patient, calm, low key, but persistent until we finally understood each other and the work could progress. I tried to avoid last-ditch deadlines, so that Randy was free to work his art, but when we did have a crunch time project, he delivered. Relative to what I hear from others, Randy's pricing has always been quite competitive. Definitely excellent value.
