I manage marketing for the Austin Women's Basketball League. Scott was referred to us by another local women's sports league. He has taken action photos and indoors shots for us & his work is excellent! He's dependable & gets you your photos in a very timely manner. We've received many compliments regarding his work. Hired Scott but didn't receive any communication leading up to the date of the photoshoot. Tried utilizing Thumbtack's messaging and conference call appointment. Never received a reply, but the appointment had been confirmed by Scott. Waited around the phone for 3 hours even with time zone differences accounted for. Had to find another photographer last minute.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    No, it really depends on the style of the shoot. Some take so much longer than others.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We can talk about what their vision will be. We discuss what times and days would work best. Again I am hear to serve the customer. I will work my schedule around the customer. We do the shoot and then I will send edited files for them to approve. All files are theirs to keep. I will send non-watermarked files and any photographer release that they need. I can also help facilitate any print purchasing that will be needed. I provide a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If they are not happy with the original session I will do another. If they are still not satisfied I will be happy to refund any money. Again, I want happy customers.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    yes, I am constantly taking continuing education. I take at least 100 hour a year of professional learning. I have great network of professionals that I share ideas with.
