- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, it really depends on the style of the shoot. Some take so much longer than others.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can talk about what their vision will be. We discuss what times and days would work best. Again I am hear to serve the customer. I will work my schedule around the customer. We do the shoot and then I will send edited files for them to approve. All files are theirs to keep. I will send non-watermarked files and any photographer release that they need. I can also help facilitate any print purchasing that will be needed. I provide a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If they are not happy with the original session I will do another. If they are still not satisfied I will be happy to refund any money. Again, I want happy customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
yes, I am constantly taking continuing education. I take at least 100 hour a year of professional learning. I have great network of professionals that I share ideas with.
