- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I am bidding because I know that I can complete this job to the best of my ability based on my experience with similar clients. I have a background in editorial, real estate, sports and event photography to name a few. I'm constantly looking for the next opportunity to increase my skills in photography and customer service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I prefer to schedule a conference call upfront to learn more about your photography needs. I will offer a service that is based on your estimated budget. I am always willing to meet a middle ground that helps both myself and my client financially. The information discussed, during the intro call will be things like style of shoot or location. How many final images would you like? What do you want from your images? This call usually last 10 - 20 mins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a background in corporate business and photographers have to stay up on current trends and new styles and techniques. I use YouTube, online forums and photography conferences to learn these things and I find ways to apply them to my service.
