- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Culinary Arts at Saddleback College in Orange County but previously I have worked in education which makes me a patient chef.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My family always gathered in the kitchen, whether it was helping my gran make her Irish soda bread or helping my mum with the dinner, I always loved to be a part of it
