We treat the customer as we would like to be treated and are here for the duration. We had a large bathroom remodel, as well as a new HWH with plumbing work to move to a better location to give us more storage in our utility room. Final price was 6 dollars under quote! When does that happen?

Jay does great work! He is fast, and doesn't screw around with you. He is incredibly knowledgeable and is willing to offer his expertise of any job. He doesn't mind a challenge and won't overcharge either!

All in all Jay did a good job, he is a nice guy. BUT: 1. I had to wait 2 weeks for a faucet to be instal, instead of 1 week (as I was told) 2. The final cost was almost 3 times higher than the initial estimate and he did not give me the chance to approve the additional costs

I am sorry you weren't satisfied with the service we provided. The special order faucet took longer to get in due to a manufacturer delay, and the price quoted to you was for the faucet only, which did not include the labor for installation of the faucet nor did it include the toilet repairs which you also had us do. All of these costs were discussed with you during the initial meeting and you agreed to have us do the work. I am sorry there was a misunderstanding. We strive to provide excellent customer service as well as communicate what we are doing and what we will do for the customer.

We hired Jay to correct plumbing mistakes in our master shower made by Spectrum Home Solutions (do not hire, btw), and to replace our aging hot water heater with a new hybrid heat-pump. Jay was very personable, responsive, and his quote for the job was spot on. His crew was on-time, clean, and got the job done quickly and painlessly. Would definitely hire again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a flat rate pricing schedule on all of our jobs, this way the customer knows exactly what the cost will be before any work starts.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required to complete 40 hours of continuing education bi annually to keep my license up to date.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I kind of just happened into this trade. I was looking for a job after leaving the military and a friend was looking for help. The rest is just history now.
