Reasonable prices (probably the best in SWFL). After job was completed not any follow-up which was a little disappointing. All in all, I would recommend this company for plumbing services due to their pricing alone.

Called DP&M Services to unclog a kitchen sink line for me. Talked to Elane. She was courteous and very helpful. She quoted me a price to do the job, which was very fair. I scheduled the appointment and the Technician, Jerry, showed up on time and had my problem drain fixed in quick order. He was professional and cleaned everything up when he was finished. I will be using DP&M again in the future for my plumbing needs. Thanks Elane and Jerry. A job well done.

Great job. Replaced faucets in bathroom and kitchen. Also replaced the cartridge in the shower pull on/off. Jerry was very professional, provided a free estimate. Price was very reasonable. He worked quickly and was thorough. Cleaned up after his work. Will call back anytime I need plumbing.

The DP&M plumber arrived prepared to work. I had two defective lift and turn tub drains, which required a professional solution. Neither was an easy fix for me. He had the parts and tools to complete the job. Jerry was pleasant and easy to talk to. I would use this company again for a plumbing issue.

This company was so professional, timely, considerate and fair. The pricing was great for the labor. My issues with the leaking pipe in the yard has been resolved and I'm a smiling pleased client. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't use a flat rate pricing structure because we believe from experience most projects are unique and flat rate pricing is sometimes unfair the the prospective client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule a face to face meeting to review the project with our prospective clients to ensure we understand all the requirements of the project, as well as to ensure accuracy of our quotes. Our clients time is valuable and they are a limited commodity these days, so we want to ensure we use thier time wisely! As always we offer free estimates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We am State Licensed in Florida and North Carolina for Unlimited Plumbing projects. All our Field Service Technicians are at the least State Licensed Journeyman Plumbers.
