Introduction: I have been a realtor (sales) for the last 16 years and property manager for the last 6 years in Central Florida. My background is in Mathematics ( Degree from University Central Florida). I used to teach mathematics at Community College but decided to work in real estate full time. Real Estate: I help people who want to sell their home. List and sell in matter of days and not weeks. Help them get them more of what they are asking. I help buyers save thousand of dollars on the purchase of their home whether they are investing or buying their dream home. Services for Property management: - Market the property on MLS and many other websites (Trulia, Zillow, Hotpads,...) - Find tenants. I always meet them personally. They go through a background and criminal check. We check their employers and previous landlords prior to making any decisions. - Write up the lease (written by a group of lawyers at no cost to you) - Communicate with tenants and landlords. - Take care of any repairs. We work with a group of trustworthy vendors, all licensed and insured. If it is a big repair, several estimates will be done. - Always communicate with the landlords prior to allowing any repairs. - A monthly statement is e-mailed to landlord every month. - Rent is collected from tenants through automatic payment online (very user friendly). Once the rent is funded in our accounts , your portion is send out to your account. - We deal with any eviction process. 90% of the landlords I work for are landlords that were disappointed with their previous property manager. I am good at what I do because I truly love my job. I enjoy solving problems . The goal is to make everybody happy and satisfied with my services.

Mia was an absolutely phenomenal property manager to work with. After taking over midway through the lease, she established regular communication and was very quick to respond to any issues at hand. She was up-front, honest, prompt, and personable throughout the term of my lease and through closure. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a property manager who takes her job seriously and who will provide excellent results.
