- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on several factors and would have to be discussed with clients, as pricing for every job is different, depending on project and size of project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer is to meet with customer at there convenience. Discuss the project or projects at hand, listen to there needs, wants and areas of concern. Address any issues we may see or could potentially encounter. Offer our advice for said projects and for any isues that could arise. Submit a quote or bid free of charge if customer request us to do so.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed with the Tennessee Department of Agriculture and certified bionutrient specialist with Holganix. Our employees have degrees in landscaping and lawn maintenance. Premier Lawn Care is a member of NAPSA(North American Power Sweeping Association), PRSM(Professional Retail Space Management), and SIMA (Snow & Ice Management Association). Our employees are the most highly trained and skilled in the industry. We consistently send our employees to training classes and sessions to be sure they are kept up to date on all aspects of our industry.
