I worked with Daphane a couple weeks ago and she went out of her way to help me with a very sensitive situation. I knew it was after hours for her, but she knew I was in a rough situation. She called several times making sure I was taken care of before we finished. It reminded me of how much and why I love the personal touch of working with a travel agent, and how doing the bookings and work yourself online can be a lot of work and rather stressful when you have other things to do and do not have all the answers to all the questions that they understand and handle quickly, efficiently and professionally. Sometimes because technology makes so many things so accessible it seems almost wrong if we don't do them ourselves. Yet, they can add a lot more time and work to our already hectic schedules. Having just gotten out of the hospital after having three blood transfusions, I actually felt myself let go of all the panic, I never realized I was even feeling, until Daphane called to tell me she would handle everything, not to worry. RealIzing I didn't really even know where to start, having a travel agent take care of it, and knowing it was going to be done right. I was finally able to relax and just breathe, what a relief talking to someone who handles your travel arrangements perfectly for you, so you don't have to do it is something that felt like a little like a guilty-pleasure luxury now. But, from now on, for me, I realized just because with all the new technological advances we can do so many things by ourselves, we didn't use to, when it comes to these endeavors, I'm so glad I had the ultimate professional making me realize I don't want to do this and there isn't one good reason why I should feel I need to do it. In the words of mothers everywhere, just because you can do it doesn't mean you should.

I continuously work to further my knowledge and expertise in the travel industry so that I may offer the best travel experience for the best value for my clients. I have numerous certifications as a specialist including MGM Grand Resorts, Holiday Inn Sunspree Montego Bay Jamaica, Tahiti, Disney World, Cruise Specialist and more.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After being a flight attendant for many years, it was an easy decision for me to become a travel consultant and continue creating and delivering exceptional service and magical memories for my clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I handle a variety of different travel arrangements for my clients including family vacations, group travel, corporate travel, conventions, cruises, destination weddings, LGBT weddings and much more.
