- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personally, I'm certified by Apple and Adobe in their Non-Linear Editing Programs. Final Cut and Premiere Pro (Respectively) At Prod 44. we definitely "Keep up with the Jones-es" as far as technology goes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Personally I've worked with the major networks in the past and I realized how powerful video is as a tool. I wanted more time at home so I started my own business leveraging television production techniques in local productions.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
One thing a lot of people don't have at the forefront of their mind is that the tools being used are only half the battle. The other half of the battle is having someone who's experienced in the field using that tool. Video production has had some amazing price drops in technology recently. But even if you buy the same exact gear that Prod 44 has, you are still missing half of the puzzle. Which is why we are here to help!
