Introduction: I treat my clients' pets as if they were my own. I make an effort in learning the pet's ways and personality and work with each while accommodating their specific needs. I'm also very attentive to signs of any discomfort or pain, or if they're sick, and will immediately contact their parents and I'm always willing to take them in for an emergency vet visit if necessary. It is very rewarding to help my dogs, cats and critters have a great day! When a dog comes back home from a walk and goes back to nap happily; a kitty gets his food, and playtime, and is happy with his clean litter box; and best of all when they do so and absolutely ignore you before you leave, that's perfection!!!!

I am a well known animal rights activist in the media and there is nothing more important to me in the world than my animals. For years I was doing at home hospice for them until it was time to say goodbye. The help I received was exceptional and my animals loved her. This is the classic example of when a sitter became family. I could not recommend her any higher.

Cat visits are $15/$20 - Dog Walks start at $15 - Half hr; $25 - One hr
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to meet and meet the pet(s) preferably, so they have already met me with their family present. Family must provide contact and vet info; pets' personality and needs and what is expected from work . I provide references numbers, my address and any additional information family may need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a vet tech associates' degree from LaGuardia Community College, plus eleven years of experience. Did my graduation internship at The Humane Society of New York, and have a keen eye to detect alterations in behavior and health concerns.
