- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our wedding services start at $400 and this includes DJ service for the reception, MC service, and complimentary consultations. Additional options are available and can be seen on our website under pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally after first talking many clients like to set up either a phone or sit down meeting. If they had not already booked us at this point topics of discussion usually cover our service agreement and policies as well as our wedding form. We walk the client through the wedding process and everything we can do for them as well as practical suggestions to enhance their wedding experience. Once booked we continue to keep in touch with the client up until the day of their wedding continually updating any needed information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone through about 4 years studying music In addition to a year playing in a jazz band. After graduating I worked with a multi-op DJ company up until 2014 when we decided to branch off and start our own business with personalized services.
