We would love to chat with you about your property, and see if we are a good fit for your needs. My Way Real Estate Services is a full service brokerage with a primary focus on property management. Our RentLucky program does two main things for our clients: Lease & Manage. First, we provide leasing services, which includes all the steps A-Z to find an exceptional tenant and get the tenant moved in to your property. Our leasing service includes: taking excellent marketing photos, providing a list of recommended items to owner in order to make sure the home is rent ready, doing massive online marketing, price evaluation, managing phone calls, emails and texts from potential renters, making sure home is shown to prospective tenants, taking applications through our website, screening prospective tenants (credit, employment, rental history, etc.), completing e-sign lease signing and doing thorough move-in inspection. The cost for our lease-up service is one month's rent. We take this 'first month's rent' directly from the tenant at the time of approval. Next, if a client wishes to add on property management once we move a new tenant into your property, we do this for a flat fee of only $99 per month (most companies charge 10% or even more). Property management includes all the day to day stuff, like taking rent, providing monthly and yearly owner's statements, serving notices and handling maintenance/repairs.     I just did my taxes and was so grateful for the complete and clear owners reports and end-of-year reports. It makes my life so much easier. If you weren't managing my three rental properties my paperwork would be a nightmare to keep track of and I'd surely mess it up somehow. This is an oft-overlooked benefit of property management and you guys nail it. Thank you again for the year-round service and keeping my tenants happy and coordinating repairs and everything you do!     We have had Kass and her team manage our properties for many years!. We want to share how wonderful the team at Rent Lucky is. They are a Full-Service Management Company that genuinely take ownership of our property as their own. We have had new tenants, new leases, renewals, walk-thrus, violations, everything that is part of owning a property, but the best part is how seamlessly Rent-Lucky handles them. We don't have the need to visit our properties, because Rent-Lucky handles everything from A-Z. They communicate all maintenance issues and have on staff, handymen to plumbers. The best part of being a landlord is collecting monthly rental checks, and the hardest is dealing with tenants and maintenance. This is where Rent-Lucky shines, and reminds us how great it is to be a landlord!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
We worked with the #1 foreclosure company in the greater Seattle area for close to 9 years. In that time we closed more rental transactions that any start-up property management company in the NW. Over the years, we fine-tuned, tested and improved our processes with both the Landlord & Renter in mind.
