- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our items are based on prices for a dozen, example 12 sliders or mini cupcakes. We can assist with estimating the amount of food needed if customers have concerns.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We asked for some details to obtain a feeling about the event. Number of guests, budget, date/time, theme. From there we will work with the customer on their comfort level with planning. Some customers just wants drop off catering and others want full service from planning, to decorations to serving and cleaning up. We offer many different levels of service and will work to personalize to your needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are both self taught cooks. Lindsey's grandmother is an amazing cook and provided her with trick in the kitchen and Faith comes from a very large family so we is used to cooking for groups. Lindsey is also a therapist so she is great at helping guide customers in making decisions and working through stressful situations.
