Needed my laptop screen replaced after stepping on it getting out of bed. Ricky responded to my request and gave me what I thought was a fair quote. Had my laptop back in 5 days (He had to order the screen) good as new! He was polite, informative and made sure to keep me updated throughout the entire process.
