Our business is commercial. We work with a lot of professionals finding offices space for their businesses and practices. On the investor side, we help buyers find properties that meet their cash flow needs. With out property management services, we provide turn key solutions for those investors looking for a hands off investment experience.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We developed a retail plaza, 25,000 square feet. From acquisition to completion and lease up, it was a two year project.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Do they have the necessary experience with commercial real estate? Commercial and residential real estate have very little similarities in the way a property is marketed for tenants or sold on the open market.
