What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually have an informal discussion with a prospective client on what their needs on a project may be, and if our services would fit those needs. If so, we would setup an initial meeting to gather more information on the project / campaign such as deliverables, budget, timeframe, etc. We then put a proposal together for the project / campaign and deliver to client for approval / signature. Once the proposal had been agreed to, we collect any information / content we need and start the project research and planning phase, followed by the development and design process and then the delivery process. The client is updated at all phases on an agreed time table, at which point we review the work with the client, take feedback and critiques, make necessary changes and move forward until project / campaign is complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Within the office, we have multiple capable people holding degrees in Digital Media, web development, photography and business and marketing management to name a few. We keep updated with all the latest design and marketing trends, and have a combined experience in the Marketing and Advertising field of over 50 years.
