Don't hire them! This has been ridiculous. Phone calls not returned, messages not answered, constantly having personal problems and having to reschedule and then not following through. 11 days before my wedding and I have to find someone else because I don't know if they are even going to show up to decorate for my reception! Find someone reliable because they are not it!

put it this way.... we returned all their messages , there were no phone calls ( She lied ) , and our personal problem was we had a death in the family which caused us to reschedule one small thing and that was to pick up her items for her wedding since her wedding wasn't until the 22ND .... we followed thru on many things judy is extracting things that never happens.... we also informed her we have 20 other clients ahead of time and she expected too much from our company we couldn't be on the spot for her each min she called ... this company is great we have many clients and all of our clients have respected the death in our family... Judy is trying to make our company look bad .. i dont appreciate that from her at all ... i wish she would respect our grieving time because she had plenty of time til her wedding day ... a death is not a personal problem she needs to realize that ...
