FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I love teaching what I do. Working with me will provide you with far more than just the hourly or package price. Not complicated because I'm always looking for fellow artists to hang out with so if we connect, and you're really into making stuff on your own time, chances are, we'll eventually just be hanging out making art....lol
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For the lighting aspect, I browse amazon a lot to keep up on various lamps and what not. I also subscribe to an led lighting emagazine. Honestly though, if it's a medium or type of art that you are interested in, that alone keeps you in the loop because you're just naturally motivated to explore it on whatever level you feel pulled. I'm a self learner, may be different for some.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When your mind is constantly designing and ideas are never ending, you gotta get them out. If it's the right calling for you then it just starts to snowball. You can't help but make stuff and your friends just have to have it and then their friends....ect.....I used to bartend and do art as a hobby but I found that all I truly wanted to do was create so now I guess you could call me a professional full time creator....lol... Teaching someone else also breaks up what can become a reclusive job if one's not careful plus it always teaches me something new so it's good for artists to branch out a bit
