- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask the buyer or seller what exactly it is that they are looking to accomplish. We also ask them what their expectations are of that agent. It's important to go over the entire home buying or selling process up front to prepare the buyer or seller of what they might expect. One of the keys to avoiding misunderstanding is open communication with the client. I personally ask the client what is their preferred method of communication (phone, email, text, etc.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team holds a vast array of real estate designations to better help us find the home of your dreams or sell your home quicker and at a higher dollar value. Designations range between CNE, to Broker to SFR, ABR, CDPE, GRI, EPro, CRS, 203K, 5Star, SRES, SRS and CBR
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Both my father and myself always shared a dream of partnering together and starting our own family business. We looked at numerous franchises and types of businesses, but the one that struck a chord with both of us was to starting our own real estate office.
