- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not yet have a standard pricing system. Our pricing depends on the complexity of your job. We are however working on creating a pricing system that will be standard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for working with new customers is to educate them on our work process, conduct and what is to be expected from the customer during the introduction. I also inquire on what you expect from us and what you would like to experience during your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
