Toney Black is amazing!!! I would highly recommend him to everyone. Toney helped my family purchase a home in March of 2013 and in May of 2015. Both times he showed us many properties in different areas so we could get a feel of what was out there. During the entire process Toney was extremely detailed and patient. Additionally, Toney is a bulldog when it is time to negotiate with the realtor on the other side. In short, Toney is the BEST!

Mr. Black was worked very hard to make sure that my family found the perfect house to call home. He was always in touch with us through email and phone, he was on top of any new house listings and let us know so we could go see them if they fit what we were looking for, and he was extremely patient with us looking at house after house until we found exactly what we were looking for in a home to raise our girls in. It is absolutely, without question mandatory that I stay abreast of Real Estate Law. Both the States of NC & VA require that I am constantly taking Continuing Education. I also will periodically attend Real Estate Conferences or Seminars to keep my tools sharpened.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into Real Estate as a Real Estate Investor initially and believed that I heard from the Lord that this was the profession that I was supposed be in.
