- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I strongly believe in continually improving my skills and staying up to date on all programs and technology. When able to, I complete online courses and/or testing on various programs. I read books and attend seminars and training, either in person or online on how to improve areas within my business and practice.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After having my daughter in 2012, I decided I wanted to have the ability to provide administrative services to more than one business. I decided that starting my own virtual assistance business will allow me to do just this and at the same time allow me to home to care and raise my daughter.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most common types jobs that I have handled for clients are email management, calendar management, client management, newsletter creation and delivery, uploading posts to social media accounts, powerpoint presentations, and general word processing such as correspondence and document preparations.
