- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always love to give a personalized quote if possible. This way we can walk through the home and discuss together what exactly the client would like done and build on that to ensure we provide the best possible service. We certainly recommend starting with a deep clean. All members of our team find it hard to bypass any part of the home that needs attention. By starting with a deep clean we know that future service will be to maintain the pristine condition of the home!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds! We help busy working parents, folks with overloaded schedules, and even some who are disabled and simply can't keep their home in the condition they would like. Coming home to a clean house doe wonders for stress levels. This is so important and no one should be afraid or feel ashamed to reach out.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure to voice expectations so that we can exceed them. You want someone who cares about your home the way you do. That's how we work. We do it the way we would want it done. That way you know it gets done right every time.
