- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a standard pricing structure on my website, but for rush orders, the fee increases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you have a current resume, I ask you to send that to me along with a questionaire that I email to you. Once I have all the information necessary for beginning your resume, at that point you pay online and then I get your resume back within 5 business days, typically sooner. If you need a rush order, pricing structure changes and we discuss those options. I send the completed resume back to you, you make any changes, questions etc... back to me and I edit the resume. You are allowed up to three edits total and after that, edits are an additional $15.00. I send a PDF and a Word doc once it is all finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 years of college with a focus toward an English degree, A diploma in Career Advancement and Social Media Marketing. Currently taking Career Acceleration and will be getting my advanced diploma in December. Additionally, I have over 40 hours of training on career coaching, counseling, resume writing, and marketing from webinar courses. I worked in the Human Resources field for 5 years and have over 10 years in Marketing and Public Relations.
