This person supposedly hired me, then would not respond to any of my emails. I wrote a ceremony personally for them, which they did not even review until 2 days before the wedding. I always ask for feedback from the couple as to what they would like changed or kept in the ceremony. I sent a large volume of emails, specifically eight, requesting that they get me this information. Three days before the wedding they confirmed that they had hired me, then two days before the wedding they canceled. when I tried to get ahold of her, she was very rude. my policy is to always give the client what they want, and I tried to work with her, asking questions about every aspect of her wedding, but she refused to answer. this is one of those occasions when I absolutely do not understand what went wrong. I think this person was looking for something that would not cost her any money and would not be of quality. So sorry, but I always provide low-cost and quality!
