FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard fee because the market, the services and the situations change all the time. That's the most up front I can be about it. If I post a set price there's a good chance I'll lose money in most deals. While I love my work, I do have to put food on the table :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a quick chat with you about the project and find out what you would like to accomplish. I'd like to know if you've done this sort of things before or if you've worked with designers in the past. We talk about the project itself, your timeline, agree on a series of events, payment process, deliverables and hit the ground running.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've learned designed at an early age by designing for my family's advertising business since I was 17 years old. I taught myself through experience then I went to school from 2005 to 2010 receiving an Associate's of Science for Multimedia and a Bachelor's of Science for Graphic Design. Most of my learning has been through experience of working with clients and I continue my learning today by regularly accessing tutorials on YouTube and Lynda.com.
