Definitely looking forward to working with coach Margo for the long run. I was looking for someone to help me in both conditioning as well as self defense. This would be my first time having a personal trainer outside of my family. I was a bit nervous as I had just done research online and had not actually attended anywhere. Coach Margo was the first to respond to my request which was awesome. I was wanting something immediate as well. He was ready to start right away. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?yes I have a standardized pricing system depending frequency and length of training. I charge $30.00 for a 30 minute session and $40.00 for a 50 minute session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We go threw a very thorough fitness evaluation, I look for any muscular deviations and put together a corrective excersize program for you, after every month we reevaluate and make changes if needed. If you want fitness and martial arts what I do is split the training into two parts half fitness and half martial arts..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Dotfit certified, cpr, brown belt in Brazil jiu jitsu, muay-tai ,wrestling, boxing.
