- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is set by how much time is spent on location the day of a shoot. General post processing is free, while advanced services like airbrushing is on a per-project basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we engage in an introductory email exchange, so you can spell out exactly what it is that you're looking for. We then either continue communicating by email or set up a phone or in person conversation. After the details are all ironed out, I require a 50% deposit to lock in the date via Zelle or Venmo. Photos are delivered via a Google Drive folder, along with a thumb drive if requested. After that, everyone is super happy and we look forward to working with each other again!

I have multiple degrees in Multimedia Art, along with many years of professional photography and video production experience.
