- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to save the customer on the cost to repair. My pricing is reasonable and I work with most of my clients based on what their budget are. My Themes are "Repair, Replace or Upgrade". You also have less issues if you have "windows installed your way".
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is to offer free diagnostic test on new or potential customers machine. Secondly, offer suggestion as to what option the customer has on their machine. Lastly, the most important decision is to save customers on the cost to fix issues they have with their machine or PC. Now offering TMobile, Ultra and GoSmart phone sales and activation.
