SAAFLOK has fixed my hp labtop more than once, witch was completely messed up. I took it up to other computer stores around to get a price on how much it would cost. There prices were hundreds of dollars more compared to SAAFLOK. I also felt like I couldn't get a straight forward message out of the other computer stores they couldn't tell me how many hrs or what they were going to do. He also installed an anti virus and other things to help organize all my files. Witch he did at no cost. I have brought my desktop to him witch was trashed and he restored and repaired it back to excellent working condition. I just gave him my mother's ASUS labtop, witch was very exspesive. We couldn't even get it to turn on. SAAFLOK fixed my mom's computer and did a great job it's practically brand new now. If you have a chance to bring your computer in to him, know you will be happy, well informed, and not completely broke. U will know exactly what the problem was and what to do to prevent from happening again. I know my computer is in safe hands with SAAFLOK. Thank u for all ur help

Kenny was great in basically saving my computer from the ransom virus. I had read that other technicians had failed! Not only was he technically superior, he was very conscious of my budget and keeping my "older" computer in working order. It was returned better than I had even hoped.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to save the customer on the cost to repair. My pricing is reasonable and I work with most of my clients based on what their budget are. My Themes are "Repair, Replace or Upgrade". You also have less issues if you have "windows installed your way".
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is to offer free diagnostic test on new or potential customers machine. Secondly, offer suggestion as to what option the customer has on their machine. Lastly, the most important decision is to save customers on the cost to fix issues they have with their machine or PC. Now offering TMobile, Ultra and GoSmart phone sales and activation.
