I reached out to Shawn as soon I put an offer in on a house that I was hoping to purchase. My realtor noticed that the roof was at the end of it's life and that it would probably be called on the inspection. Sure enough, the house needed a new roof. I got Shawn's information from a co-worker that had Shawn replace a few of her failed windows. I gave him a call and he came out to the house and gave me a bid. Long story short, the roof was done in a timely fashion and at a competitive price. I will be having Shawn and his crew back in the spring to replace windows and possibly look at building a deck off of the back of my house. Thank you so much!

Shawn was very honest about what to expect in the repair of our windows and installation of exterior doors. He was professional in his work and kept me posted as the project progressed. We will use him for future projects on our home and I highly recommend him to others.

I own several rental homes and needed help renovating some of them. I was reffered to SC Home Renovations in which I couldnt be happier. Shawn removed and replaced windows and siding, and installed new flooring, interior paint and updated the bathrooms. Shawn is honest, professional, and fair.
