The pricing will always depend on what work needs to be done. After collecting information regarding the issues a customer is having; I can give an exact quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I communicate with the customer and collect information about whatever problems they are having to determine what steps need to be taken to fix them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working with computers for five years now, I also trained in Computer Tech for six months.
