The training staff is very knowledgable, courteous and dependable. Also, great training facilities and equipment. Trainers are very flexible with my work schedule and they truly hold me accountable and keep me on track with my goals.

Well, I could be in better shape, but my trainer, Emma, still treats me like a human being. She is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and fun to train with. I enjoy the mix of exercise, yoga, small muscle work and big muscle training. (Actually, I don't have any big muscles, but I can dream.).
