Shi is good to keep on point and ask good questions. I was a difficult client because at times I couldn't articulate my ideas clearly but Shi was able to keep digging and helping me to become more vocal. Shi doesn't get into counseling and keeps helping me to uncover what is able to motivate me to become better. During one of our sessions I was able to discover a big lie and find a truth to replace it. I feel I have prayed but excluded God from the process. I would pray and ask God to bless it and if the outcome good he was in it. Otherwise if the outcome was bad he wasn't in the idea. I need to include God in the prayer and the process not just the outcome. He wants to be in each step. Thank you Shi for this revelation and your coaching me to unravel this in my thinking!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start off every coaching relationship by getting to know the client's needs, motivations, goals, and how I can best support their growth. Prospects may choose to have a free "clarity session" to experience how coaching with me may benefit their current situation. Upon hire, we'll kick things off with a foundation session to evaluate your priorities and create a personalized action plan for your progress.
