- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Please text me to get the process moving fastest. 2) Personal training sessions are MWF. In your text message leave a couple of times that you have ability on those days. 3) We set a time and meet at Planet Fitness. Cash payment and receipt are exchanged. I create your personal plan for OUTside of the gym and we set our meeting times for the following two weeks.
