Smile Maids is a life saver. We recently had some tenants move out after trashing our rental property and we were stuck with a disaster to clean up. To say the house was a mess is an understatement. We live out of town so we were looking for a company that would get the job done right the first time.
With our rental properties we have used a few different cleaning companies in town, and we found Smile Maids to be great - their pricing is not the cheapest but is competitive for the area, and they are super responsive and flexible, which is something I'm willing to pay extra for. The services are very easy to book (online), and easy to pay for (also online). They were friendly, thorough, and did everything as requested.

I've always thought I was a clean person...until I got a dog. Yes, he's a adorable. Yes, he does cute things. But, you know what else he does? Sheds. He sheds everywhere. So much, in fact, that I thought it would be smart to call in a cleaning service.
an internet search brought me to these guys, and im glad i found them, they were they efficient. They arrived promptly and got to work immediately. Insanely polite and they worked quickly. When all was said and done...no more dog hair!
So, what did I learn from this experience? BRUSH THE DOG. But, if laziness wins out? Call these guys!

We hired Smile Maids for an apartment cleaning for our daughter and were very impressed with the level of communication and customer service. They were even able to squeeze us in on the same day.
The beauty of Smile Maids is that it's so convenient. You can book online and pay online. You will receieve an email after your service asking to provide a rating for the cleaning. I really like the quality control. Being able to pay with a credit card and manage our account online is a huge plus.
Our daughter even called after her cleaning to tell us that the smile maids team left a Starbucks gift card as a surprise with her first cleaning! Will definitely keep using them.
