We have a base price list and run various coupons and monthly specials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because a large volume of customers may have not ordered a Limousine in the past, we normally provide a new customer with as much information as he/she needs and try to answer every question promptly and thoroughly to try to come up with the best possible vehicles for their event. We are not only a Limousine service provider, but we are also their concierge and will assist with every . We provide our 24 hour contact information and ask them to contact us if they need any additional information. Finally, we follow up after a few days to make sure they dont need any additional information.
