my pricing varies from Project to project depending on what materials were using and whether it's a remodel or new construction
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
the typical process with the new customer is I'll go over the scope of work make sure they're happy with the product and the way their project is going to be done I have a standard contract that I use for everybody it protects me in them I'm typically off for half the money up front and the rest when we're done with the project and the customer is satisfied with the work
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a force 4th generation Carpenter I've built buildings from the ground up I have certificates and went to college at CNM in carpentry I'm certified pretty much in construction from the ground up carrier OSHA 30 card I was in a four-year Apprentice program in the Carpenters Union Local 1319 I still belong to that Union I also do commercial work I've spent eight years building commercial buildings I've also spent around 10 years on residential projects
