Absolutely poor attitude and didn't even answer a question I had before the booking. I could forgive car troubles, but the second excuse I was given really makes me feel she shouldn't have even sent me an estimate and accepted my booking to begin with since it was obviously a bad time for her to be handling this and then got all snippy with me because I didn't respond until after the appointment when I had to drive across town to get back home before I could respond. Definitely would not recommend for the attitude alone.
