Introduction: I don't only give you different exercises to do, I tell you why it's important to do them and what muscles they work. It is beneficial to work your brain as much as your skeletal muscles so I throw in some interesting combinations to keep you and your brain on your toes! I get very excited when my clients overcome a pose/exercise that has been giving them trouble...like proper push ups! It never stops amazing me how in just a month the human body can change.
