I had a large batch of properties I needed looked at...I needed them inspected, pictures taken, signs hung... I needed someone to help me find professionals to get some done quickly on a few of them, and I needed it ALL done FAST. Alpha Services offered me a Batch Rate, flat fee to do all the inspections. They were all done (23) in 4 days, complete with reports and pictures. They also charged a flat rate for each property to find contractors to do the work we needed. All of it done in 4 DAYS. It was so refreshing to work with professional people who actually get things done!

I do a lot of work with Nesha at Alpha Services. Always professional, quick, thorough, and gives me a good deal. Great at giving discounts and flat rates if you have more than one property. I highly recommend Alpha if you need good inspections, winterizations, or any kind of cleaning done.
