FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new or old customer is to treat you like one of our own. I always tell my team that we do a job like it was our own. That our own families would be proud of our work. We all have our own families to provide for so our reputation is very important and is something we want to hold up to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have built over 1000 swingsets. Everyone on my team has spent at least one summer building them also. Along with that we have trained with a fencing company and our electrician and plumber have both been in their fields for over ten years before joining our family. Our lawn maintenance and house cleaning reps have also been in their fields for over twenty years. We all bring our own specialties to the table and we all learn from each other which has made us a tight niche family.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been doing swingset installations since the year 2000. Worked for three different companies and excelled to management positions and then decided a few years back that I could provide more services then just swingset installations by teaming up with other business owners. We have all become one large family and are working to add more services for the customer because we realize that as a consumer you want to use people you can trust and that you can turn to with confidence. My team consists of an electrician, plumber, and handymen like myself .
