Travis was extremely accommodating to our need for getting the rot repair done on the tight schedule of the landscaper who was removing the granite front steps, pouring a concrete pad, and replacing the steps before starting other work. So access was for one day. Travis was willing to work late to get the rot repairs completed while they were exposed. Luckily, the rot in the skirt under the house was not as bad as we expected and he finished early, charging only for the work done. We were so happy with how easygoing and honest Travis was that we ended up hiring him for the much bigger jobs replacing all of our siding, painting, replacing our front door and a pair of windows. Since Travis would side and paint with the same scaffolding, he saved us some money. Now our house looks fantastic. Travis never compromised on the quality of his work, including using proper sealing sheets under the siding and properly done flashing, all explained in advance.

Travis has don an excellent job of isolating the rotted wood that caused our porch to detach from the house and he has totally replaced the bad with good and fixed the porch as well as the cause of the damage. He has also done a good job with some other repairs.
