- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each estimate we create is customized so there really is no standard pricing system. We typically do a quick walk-through of the facilities we are bidding on then get a quote back within 24 hours via email.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a truly unique system that separates us from the competition. We are transparent, and our clients are on the same page as we are, at all times. We truly feel as though we are the best cleaning company in the San Diego area, and we would love the opportunity to prove it to you. We create a custom web portal for all clients, providing them access to: Names and photos of key personnel authorized to be on their premises to prevent the usual revolving door of unfamiliar faces. A color-coded calendar that apprises them what janitorial services we're providing and when they will occur. Specific green cleaning products that are used to clean their facility, and the appropriate Material Data Safety Sheets (for OSHA compliance). A list of cleaning equipment to be used at their facility. All pertinent paperwork related to the account (agreements, insurance, etc). Our unique "Make a Request" page that notifies multiple people via email of any issues, concerns, or questions they might have. Your Account Manager will then post an answer to any of these comments, so all communication is in writing and is in the same place. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Cleaning Company has received an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB), is a member of the Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association (ISSA), and is both Diamond and San Diego Green certified. In other words, whatever your commercial cleaning needs, you can rest assured that we're up to the task!
