I needed a recommendation on a new laptop and printer for my home office. I had owner my prior ones for 5 years, so I didn't know much about all the new technology and options out there. John was great and had a lot of good advice. Untimely, he explained to me why I should invest in a solid state hard drive, and so far I am very happy I did. He also came to help me with the set up at home, and even identified an issue with my wi-fi, which Optimum was able to fix after that!
Overall - great experience, and great communication! Highly recommend him!

John did a fantastic job with my 10 year old (!!) Toshiba laptop! He explained very clearly what needed to be done and how long it would take him to repair my laptop. His communication, and people skills, are fantastic and I would highly recommend him to everyone I know! Thanks John!
