The Law Firm of Andrew M. Stengel, P.C.
About this pro
My first impression of Andrew left me completely at ease, so much so that I cancelled my appointments with other potential attorneys. He is confident, intelligent, supportive and very personable. I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. I was charged with larceny, and he had my case dismissed and sealed, which is exactly what we were aiming for. This whole process was a breeze thanks to Andrew. He has my highest recommendation.Sep 26, 2017
I was facing a violent felony for assault with a 3-year mandatory minimum sentence. Andrew got the case completely dismissed. Andrew is swift, professional, sincere and a resourceful attorney. He was always available to me to answer questions or discuss my case. He was honest from the beginning and told me the possible and likely outcomes. I highly recommend that hire Andrew for assault or any other crimes.Feb 26, 2017

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to explain all possible outcomes and every step of the criminal process so my clients are comfortable about what is taking place and knowledgeable about the next steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? The best training that there is for a criminal defense attorney: I was an Assistant District Attorney in Manhattan. As a former prosecutor, I know how prosecutors assess cases, the possible outcomes of cases and the special skills and knowledge that comes with being a prosecutor. There is no better criminal defense attorney than a former prosecutor.
- What types of customers have you worked with?People from all walks of life who have been arrested and charged with a wide range of crimes, including: driving while intoxicated, domestic violence-related crimes, assault, criminal possession of a weapon, larceny, and possession and sale of narcotics and marijuana.
