- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the standard logistics of any band, I.e. distance, type of event, extras, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We personally meet with each client to ensure that "what the client wants, the client gets". We will make recommendations, based upon our experience, and will listen to our clients suggestions as well. For example, we will learn ANY special songs our wedding clients want performed for their "special day", etc. We GUARANTEE satisfaction.
